Move over Long Island – Swift brings the Hamptons to Britain with the twin unit Edmonton Lodge. A style statement, Edmonton is characterised by the relaxed coastal cottage atmosphere and fresh, airy palettes found in the Hamptons’ luxurious holiday homes. Destined to be the star of the season is Edmonton, Swift’s high-specification new twin-unit lodge.
This brand new Lodge is sited on the brand new premium development at Addlethorpe Golf and Country Club with open views across the largest 9-hole course in Lincolnshire.
The lodge features large light grey and charcoal decking across the front and part way down the side hopefully by the beginning of May.
For maximum enjoyment you also have a sunken hot tub with satin privacy glass panels surrounding it, and there is a plan of it in the photos to show what we are fitting. This makes entertaining and relaxing a sheer pleasure with the generous dimensions and space.
You also have your own double-length tarmac parking space with lighting and an electric car charging point.
This Premium Park is located about one mile from the lovely golden Ingoldmells beach and its many attractions.
