Booking Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL

  • Coastfields Holiday Village between 4pm – 6pm.
  • Merryfield Holiday Park between 4pm – 5pm.
  • Grange Leisure Park – Holiday Caravans between 3pm – 5pm; Tourers/Tents between 2pm – 5pm.
  • Roach Farm Park (Tourers/Tents) between 2pm – 4.30pm.
  • Skegness Fields (Tourers) between 2pm – 5pm.
  • North Shore Holiday Centre – Tourers from 11am. Self-catering accommodation from 3pm.

If you expect to arrive after the stated arrival times on the first day of your stay please let the relevant park know.

DEPARTURE

Please vacate your accommodation by 10am on day of departure and your touring caravan/tent pitch by 11am. You must claim your accommodation by 8.30am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled (please see cancellation conditions).

GROUP BOOKINGS

In the interests of all visitors, Coastfields Leisure Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or groups of persons at its discretion.

BOOKING OFFERS

All offers are made at point of sale and can be withdrawn at any time. All offers are limited and subject to availability and may close before dates advertised. 10% Off before January – must be paid in full at point of sale, applies to accommodation only and selected deals not included.

DATA PROTECTION

All the information contained in our bookings is stored on our computer system for which we are registered and comply with the regulations of the Data Protection Act. We will not sell this information, and only use it for marketing and information purposes relating to Coastfields Leisure Ltd.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We regularly take media images for use in our marketing and promotions. Should you not wish to appear in any such material please notify us on or before your arrival.

PETS

Most well behaved small/medium dogs are welcome in selected accommodation only at an additional cost (a maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation unit) provided that the park has been notified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the park if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of other guests. Please note that breeds of dog listed within the dangerous dogs act 1991 (as amended) are not allowed on any of our sites.

LICENSING LAWS

Alcohol is sold in accordance with UK Licensing Laws. We may require you to show proof of age using an approved form of identification. We will only accept the following forms of ID: A full and current passport or a new style driver’s licence incorporating a photograph.

SEXUAL OFFENCES ACT 2003

You must not permit anyone who is to your knowledge a convicted child sex offender or is subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (‘on the sex offenders register’) to use or visit the Caravan. Offenders will be required to leave the park immediately.

CONTAGIOUS DISEASES

Should anyone be suspected of having a contagious disease which has the potential to infect a large number of people in a short period of time, they will be asked to leave the parks, or if this is not possible, restrictions will be placed upon them to prevent the virus being transmitted. We are unable to offer refunds in such circumstances and recommend that you take out holiday insurance cover to include sickness cover.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your break, please speak to the Park Reception immediately who will endeavour to resolve the issue. If, at the end of the break you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, please write to the general manager at the park no later than 28 days after the end of your break. We are only able to take action on any complaints which are firstly brought to the attention of the reception team whilst you are on your break and secondly received in writing within 28 days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

HOLIDAY CONTRACT

Our contract is made when you:

  • Receive our written holiday confirmation
  • If you book by telephone when we accept your initial payment
  • If you book online when your booking is confirmed

For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests. We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies. Please observe and adhere to park rules, signage and speed limits and take care of children staying with you especially on parks with lakes and open watercourses. It is possible that in some circumstances, accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn. During March, April, May, September and October entertainment may be reduced and or focused in one venue. We reserve the right to make such alterations in certain circumstances without prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of any advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused.

PAYMENT

At the time of booking a deposit £60 will be taken to secure your holiday. Your balance is due and payable by the date printed on your booking confirmation. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid on time, we may cancel your booking. After you have paid your deposit any alterations to your holiday may incur an additional charge. Please note we do not allow commercial vehicles on site without prior consent and you will be refused entry. Please check at time of booking. When paying by debit or credit card, the same card must be presented, along with a form of photo identification, before accommodation keys can be issued at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS

It may be necessary to cancel your break due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. As soon as you know that you need to cancel please confirm your cancellation in writing. Charges are calculated from the date that your written instructions of cancellation are received, as follows:

We endeavour to provide all facilities and entertainment as advertised in our brochure. It may however be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. Although we will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary.

We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options listed below.

Your options if we make a major change or cancel your booking are to:
a) Accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you
b) Choosing another available break from us at the advertised price
c) Cancelling your holiday with a full refund of any money you have paid We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party, nor shall the company be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including motor vehicles, personal effects or luggage, unless one of the following applies:
1) There was wilful neglect by us or our employees, or 2) Death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Coastfields Leisure Ltd, or our employees.

For all claims other than death or personal injury, which result from the nonperformance or improper performance of the contract by Coastfields Leisure Ltd, compensation will be paid that is reasonable in all circumstances.

We take every care to ensure that the details of our brochure are accurate at the time of going to press. Photographs used in the brochure are intended for guidance only. All bookings are subject to these Conditions of Booking and to availability.
